What is a Travel Broker?
When you deal with a Travel Broker, you’ll be dealing with a person who owns their business, is a travel expert and has been in the travel industry for a long time. I’m flexible and can meet you anytime anywhere.
Can you book different forms of accommodation like Airbnb?
I’m unable to book Airbnb but have access to lots of accommodation choices. Get in touch to discuss what options will best suit you.

Am I cheaper than booking online?
Sometimes yes, sometimes no. Just remember you’re getting expert advice and support along with your booking. 

Would you help me if I get stuck in Istanbul?
I am always a phone call away! This is where you’ll really appreciate having the support and expert advice of a Travel Broker. I have navigated countless difficult situations for my clients, including getting a client safely out of Istanbul.

I want to book a cruise; can you advise me on what will best suit me?
Absolutely! I have experienced many different cruise lines, and by working with you I find the one that will suit you.

What payment methods do you offer?
Visa, Mastercard and bank transfer.

Can you help me with my visa for my destination?
I certainly can. It can be a complex process and I have navigated through many different visa applications.

What is TAANZ?
TAANZ is the Travel Agents Association of New Zealand. As a bonded TAANZ agent I am held to a strict set of financial guidelines that other non-bonded TAANZ agents are not.
